*We may from time to time subcontract work to highly reputable and insured contractors whom we have used over the years. In those cases we rigorously manage the project from start to finish, you would be invoiced by the independent contractor directly so no sneaky add-ons (we all know companies do it). That's how we aim to stand out from the rest, we wish to be absolutely transparent in how we provide our services. Please note to all prospective clients, Roche Services charge a fair and reasonable fee of the total cost of the works, this is for managing the project, instructing trustworthy, efficient and professional contractors. The fee payable to Roche Services would be 15% of the total cost including VAT or £45.00, whichever value is greater.
